“Ontario Philharmonic anticipates resuming live orchestral performances on April 24, 2021. Until then, OP is exploring options for concerts with small ensembles in smaller gatherings when possible.” said Executive Director, Laura Vaillancourt. “The health and safety of our audience members, musicians, and employees clearly takes precedence."
That said, until government health authorities authorize large gatherings, deeming them safe, OP remains at the ready. Our decision to let the entire Philharmonic family and our public know at this time is informed by Ontario government regulations that are guided by infectious disease health/medical experts.
